Tankcsapda is a Hungarian rock band formed in 1989 in Debrecen. The group started off as a punk rock trio before experimenting with different elements of rock music and settling on the hard rock sound that they are now known for. Despite their songs being sung in the Hungarian language, the band have a decent following in English speaking countries. In 2015 Tankcsapda completed a US tour with Sledgeback, and returned to the US to play a run of shows in 2019.
