SOUNDBITE: JUNKIES

Junkies is a Hungarian punk rock band formed in the early 1990s in Budapest. After spending several years playing independent venues and self-releasing their music, the band built a loyal fan-base across the country which led them to sign a record deal with Warner-Magneoton, the Hungarian subsidiary of the major label, Warner.  Since then, the band has gone through a number of line-up changes but continues to tour extensively and release solid punk rock tracks.
