Have Mercy is an American rock band from Baltimore, Maryland. Originally formed by drummer Aaron Alt and guitarist Joey McCusker, their friend Brian Swindle was then invited to front the group. Over the years, the band has undergone various line-up changes and as things stand, Swindle is now the only full-time member. Having been pretty open about his struggles with mental health issues, this often comes through in his emotionally charged lyrics which also feature themes of failed relationships and unrequited love. After a stint signed to Top Shelf Records, Have Mercy have found a home at Hopeless Records.
